Scout Lake Campground Description

Scout Lake Campground is a small campground situated near the larger Suttle Lake recreation area. Scout Lake is a very small lake that is not ideal for watersports recreation and dogs are not allowed in or near the water. The campground is located less than a 5 minute drive from Suttle Lake where there is a boat launch, general store and additional campgrounds. Walking to Suttle Lake from Scout Lake is not really feasible.

The campground itself is small with a looped type layout. Some campsites are sheltered and private while others have little privacy and are exposed to the elements. This campground can get very windy at night so be aware of the weather.

Overall this is a great campground if you are looking for a smaller setting but still want to spend time on Suttle Lake.
