#3 The Classic: Your childhood s’more – brings back memories at first bite
The goods:
- A box of honey gram crackers
- 3-4 Hershey Bars
- A bag of marshmallows
Construction:
- Roast a marshmallow on the open flame of the fire using a stick/small branch
- Place a few Hershey squares on one of the graham cracker (1 cracker broken in half);
- Once the marshmallow is cooked to your liking, squish between the crackers and chocolate!
- *To make The Classic even better take a little balancing; place one of the graham crackers on a rock by the fire; place the chocolate on the cracker to melt it. Proceed with squishing marshmallow between the 2 crackers for an even gooier s’more.
#2 Reese’s S’more: This could be debatably #1 depending on your taste; but for this Campanista, it’s rich so 1 is enough and I prefer 3+ s’mores while sitting around the campfire.
The goods:
- A box of honey gram crackers
- 4+ packs of Reese’s Peanut butter cups
- A bag of marshmallows
Construction:
- Like the classic; roast a marshmallow of the open flame of the fire using a stick/small branch
- Place 1 Reese’s Peanut Butter cup on one of the graham cracker sides.
- Once the marshmallow is cooked to your liking, squish between the crackers and Reese’s!
#1 Peanut Butter Chocolate S’more: The Campanista’s favorite
The goods:
- A box of honey gram crackers
- 3-4 Hershey Bars
- A jar of peanut butter
- A bag of marshmallows
- A knife
Construction:
- Again, roast a marshmallow of the open flame of the fire using a stick/small branch
- Take your knife and smear some peanut butter on the gram cracker
- Once the marshmallow is cooked to your liking, squish between the crackers, chocolate and peanut butter
- *To make it better, place one of the graham crackers on a rock by the fire; place the chocolate on the cracker to melt a little.
