Elk Lake Campground Description
Ten sites located directly off of the Cascade Lakes Hwy. Four of the sites are lakeside. One pit toilet, no drinking water or host on site. Due to the campground’s location right off of the highway there is quite a bit of road noise during the day, but it drops considerably once it is dark. Sites offer little in the way of privacy, but there is wonderful lake access. $14 a night. When visiting in August there were considerable yellow jackets in site 8 – be warned.
