Nice, BUT ripping me off big time
The campground was rather nice, I wasn’t able to make any reservation, its more of walk up. Understood there s no water due to winter which is fine by me, the place is somewhat muddy, but got electric hook up. I was asked $200 dollars, only stayed there one night, I almost turned down, but too tired to look around so I took it because word of mouth is very powerful advertisement. When I came back home to look at their website, the regular rate is 42 dollars for a night including water. That is after they said a hundred a night with 2 nights minimum stay, 200 dollars just for a night with total eclipse the next day?, that is price gorging! Not acceptable, can’t give 5 star even though they are nice place and people. I would be fine if its a Ben for last minute, but 200? I could use Marriott! I could file complaint, but word of mouth will take care of it.
